Select the option that best describes your role in relation to automatic enrolment. You are acting on behalf of an employer if, eg you are their business adviser, accountant, bookkeeper or independent financial adviser.

Your letter code is the 10 digit code found on any of the letters from us about automatic enrolment.
An example of a letter code is 1234567890.

Your PAYE reference can be found on any of the letters you received from us about automatic enrolment. You can also find it on your letter from HMRC when you first registered as an employer, or from your payroll software.
An example of a PAYE reference is 123/AB456.

Data Protection Information

The Pensions Regulator ('TPR') is a data controller for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation ('GDPR') and the Data Protection Act 2018. We will process your personal data pursuant to any of our statutory functions and objectives.

The completion of this form is not mandatory. However, your contact information is required to enable TPR to respond to your enquiry.

Where you provide us with your information by consent you may withdraw your consent at any time using the details below. Where you provide personal data of another individual we ask that you ensure you have the necessary consent or authority to do so.

We may share information about you with other government departments or public bodies but not before conducting a data protection impact assessment to ensure your rights are protected. We do not sell, share or supply personal data for commercial purposes.

We will only store your personal data for as long as TPR's retention schedule allows. During this time, you may be able to exercise certain rights in relation to your personal data such as the right to access, objection and data portability. If you feel that we have handled your personal data in a manner inconsistent with your rights, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office ('ICO').
